Payment & cancellation

Payment

  1. 1A deposit is required to secure a confirmed reservation
  2. 2The balance is due 30 days before arrival, unless your written confirmation states otherwise

Cancellation

  • 30 or more days before arrival: full refund of the deposit
  • 15 to 29 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit refunded
  • Within 14 days of arrival: the deposit is forfeited
